"You have a hard time making friends? Try being a vampire like me. I study the stars, so I mostly sleep during the day and work at night. If I am up during the day I'm either writing my thesis or in the lab by myself crunching numbers. Excitement isn't something high on my priority list." It was true. She liked stability and predictibility in her personal life, because her research and passion were so undefined and possibly undefinable.
