If Jack could get a peek into her mind, he would be so pleased. Not that he was displeased in any form. He simply did happen to have a fedora like Indy's at home. She would get her wish.
But they weren't at that stage yet. She would see it in time. He was confident of how things were progressing. She was an attractive women but even more so when laughing and teasing..and talking about her work... Jack loved seeing her light up instead of the hint of sadness and her earlier frustration over the transit system.
"Am I now? Not even a proper kiss first? Now I understand why you can't finish those off! You're trying to fatten me up!" he couldn't help but laugh along and finished by picking up then popping one of the sushi rolls at the corner of her plate.
