[Jane takes a deep breath and presses the button to start the broadcast.]

Hello everyone, Jane Foster here. [She takes another deep breath and clears her throat.]

First, I want to apologize for my behavior during the shift. I was, obviously, not myself. If I damaged any property, or feelings for that matter, I'm going to do everything I can to make up for it, I promise. And I really hope that you don't think I'm like that normally. I'm very friendly and I love helping people and making friends.

[If she doesn't stop herself she'll ramble on with profuse apologies, so she pauses and moves on.]

Secondly, if anyone has any spare electronics they don't need or want any more, I'd be happy to take them off of your hands. Working or not, it doesn't matter. That includes extension cords and cables too. Just drop them off at my place in the Flame Building. There will be a box outside my door you can leave them in if I'm not home. I'm trying to put something together that I think everyone in Luceti would enjoy. I'll post another message if I manage to pull it off. Thank you!

[She gives a wave as a way of signing off, then the screen goes dark.]

Oh? Anything else I should know about?

Tis not so easy to unearth my secrets, lady Jane.

Oh so mysterious! Don't tell me you're trying the bad boy thing now. Because I'm not really into that. :)

Bad boy thing? I have done nothing 'bad' that I know of yet, nor do I know why you should find that alluring.

Some people find it attractive. The excitement of dating someone dark and dangerous... like your brother, for example. The thing is, when you're with a guy like that, you know it can't last. You only settle down with the good guys.

Like you.

It does not seem to have caused issue for the Lady Rogue and Loki in the slightest- perhaps because while mischievous and mysterious he is quite...he is not rotten as most would think. Simply uncaring of those that do not mean to matter to him. He has always been thus.

But nay, Jane, this is no attempt at being a 'bad boy'. These are things I would tell you when I've the voice to speak them, little more. I miss being able to do so.

Does it make you feel better that when I read what you've written, I can hear your voice in my head saying the words? Just like how I can look into your eyes sometimes and know what you want to say and you don't have to.

Maybe it's a love thing. <3

I can't imagine how frustrated you must be. You're certain it will come back eventually?

It does. I will admit having to put my words to paper has made me consider what it is I might say with greater care than normal. While tis most frustrating it has been a useful exercise in...self censure? Tact. in tact.

I am most certain you can hear my heart's voice even when I've no tongue to speak, my lovely Jane.

When the time has passed I submit a request to the appropriate men and it shall be returned to me.

It feels so arbitrary, this amount of time you have to wait. If taking your voice was intended to teach you a lesson I think you've learned it already. You just said it yourself.

I had a dream the other night that you were singing to me in some language I didn't understand. And playing a ukelele. Did I mention that?

I do not know how to play a ukelele. But there are small stringed lutes that I know some chords on. Singing, however- my dear Jane you do not wish to hear me sing.

Now that is a surprise. I'm entirely tone deaf and couldn't play an instrument if my life depended on it.

Does your singing sound like a cat being abused? That's how my dad described mine.

I may make use of two notes and both of them are sour. Poetry I might spout, but a song? I fear not.

Well that explains why your poetry is so beautiful. One makes up for the other. <3
